Monarch Butterflies Exhibit

In this hands-on exhibit, learn about the monarch butterfly and its lifecycle, as well as how people can get involved in the effort to preserve this noble insect. The monarch butterfly is a threatened species currently under consideration to be placed on the Endangered Species List. The exhibit features oil paintings by local artist Patricio Foronda. Patricio has been involved for several years in the effort to preserve the monarch and has raised and released hundreds of butterflies.
